Distributions are how you get passes into your customers' hands. Set up a signup page, connect email delivery, and start collecting new members — all without any coding.

What is a Distribution?

A distribution is a complete pass delivery system that includes:

• Landing Page — A signup form where customers enter their info
• Email Template — An automated email with the pass download link
• Pass Creation — Automatic generation of personalized passes

How It Works

Creating a Distribution

Step 1: Basic Setup

Give your distribution a name and select which pass template to use:

Name: Loyalty Program Signup
Template: [Standard Loyalty Card ▼]
Project: [Loyalty Program ▼]

Step 2: Design the Landing Page

Customize the signup page to match your brand:

Content:

• Headline (e.g., "Join Our Rewards Program")
• Description (e.g., "Earn points on every purchase!")
• Button text (e.g., "Get My Card")
• Success message (e.g., "Check your email!")

Appearance:

• Your logo
• Background color or image
• Button color
• Text colors

The editor shows a preview so you can see exactly how it will look.

Step 3: Configure the Form

Choose what information to collect:

Keep the form short — every extra field reduces signups.

Step 4: Set Up the Email

Design the email customers receive:

Email Settings:

• Subject line: "Your Rewards Card is Ready!"
• From name: "Acme Rewards"

Email Content:

• Welcome message
• Download button
• Add to Wallet buttons (Apple & Google)
• Any additional information

Step 5: Publish

When everything looks good, publish your distribution:

• Draft → For testing and editing
• Published → Live and accepting signups
• Archived → Disabled, no longer accepting signups
